It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of our dear friend and colleague Mr Bernard Routledge.
He served Holy Cross for 33 years, retiring as Assistant Head Teacher in 2011 when the newly opened Routledge Centre was named in his honour to mark his remarkable teaching career.
Bernard was a true inspiration to both pupils and staff, offering unfaltering care, kindness, guidance and wisdom.
He was a true gentleman who epitomised all that Holy Cross stands for; he will be sorely missed by all.
